Ostrak Metrics was built with hospitality at it's heart. After years working behind bars and in restaurants, we know first hand how much effort goes into running a venue and how often that effort gets lost online. Ostrak Metrics was started to change that.

I’m Eden Peebles, the founder and lead strategist behind Ostrak Metrics. My background’s always been people focused, I’ve spent years working behind bars, learning the rhythm of the industry and the reality of what it takes to run a venue. But over time, I found myself drawn to the other side of things - how venues show up online, and how that presence shapes their reputation, reach, and revenue. I believe a venue’s social media presence is its digital business card and so building and maintaining it to the highest of standards is crucial to how your venue is perceived.
That shift sparked something bigger: I didn’t just want to work in hospitality - I wanted to build for it. Ostrak is the product of that mindset: an entrepreneurial drive to solve the problems I kept seeing, and to do it in a way that’s actually sustainable for those running the show.
